Obermeilen is a quiet suburb of Zurich overlooking Zurich...
Obermeilen is a quiet suburb of Zurich overlooking Zurich See. The vineyards and farms are right in the middle of this little town. It is quiet and easy reachable by a short distance by train. A wonderful place to stay. You can swim in Zurich See and have nice food all around. A trip from there into the Alps (by foot, by train or car) should attract anybody. A day trip to Luzern is a must.
