i arrived at the hotel on 6th april at 13.36 hrs. i asked if i can check in. the lady asked me abruptly if i have paid chf 45? then she told me that she is very busy and i have to come at 14.00 hrs. i came back at 13.58 hrs and she told me that they are still closed. 5 minutes before that she checked in another clients... on check out i bumped into the same lady. i asked for an invoice, she told me that she is very busy with breakfast and she will e-mail me the invoice... up to now i have not received anything... n.b. they give a daily town transport ticket.
