Breakfast was very good and the view from our room and the hotel were amazing of the Eiger and other mountains. Our balcony gave outstanding views of the mountains - we could almost touch them from the balcony. The staff we're very lovely and accommodating and the check in, although we arrived late, our room key was waiting for us. Parking was excellent.

View. Yes, the VIEW! You get to sleep knowing Mt Eiger is right outside your balcony. You get to wake up and see Mt Eiger in full unblocked splendor. Room wise is basic and adequate. It's a cosy and warm little hotel. Breakfast is adequate but it makes up with quality. The front desk is helmed always by wonderful people that can offer you all the information you can ask abt Grindelwald. They are like living encyclopedias.
