We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is freshly renewed, nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean in a beautiful area. The apartment was equipped with more devices than we thought, it is a perfect place for longer stays as well.
Hans was super nice, he showed us everything, he helped us a lot and he was very flexible.

The hospitality and service provided by Hotel Appenzell exceeded our expectations. They accommodated our special requests as we travelled with our infant. Their rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The staff were always there to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
