The receptionist/ he was not professional. I didn’t like the room as I have asked for a lake view and I was offered one on second floor. The balcony was very low and close to restaurant seating which provides no privacy at all especially for a woman. I asked for a higher level like my previous stay which was on the 5th floor, and i was told i can only get a room that is for handicapped on higher floor and of course i had to decline the offer as I don’t want to prevent someone who is in need for such services, therefore i had to pay for upgraded room ( panoramic view) and the balcony was chaired with next room as well. ( photo attached.) This was my second stay but there is huge difference between the professionalism in both stays.! I need to mention that booked two nights but wasn’t as I expected it be, I wanted to check out the second day and the receptionist and the manger (refused to accept my check out ) and said i have to call booking.com before 3pm ( the time was around 2:15pm then), so i did make a 12 minutes international call to booking.com customer services to explain the situation and get an early check out the next day. Do you think this is professional?? I am a lady staying alone!!! At least show some respect. Its was a nightmare.!

The location was AMAZING!! The hotel staff was excellent! Very kind and always willing to help. Even for restaurant reservations! The room and the hotel in general was very clean! Breakfast was very tasty and rich! The breakfast room was also spacious and comfortable. The lobby exceeded our expectations! It was so cozy!
