I stayed in a single room for one night and enjoyed it. The lady checking me in was friendly and the check-in experience went fast and smooth. Tourist/city tax was charged upon check-in (as stated during booking), but you can pay it in cash or by card, so it wasn't a problem.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked fast. There was also a TV, safe and hair dryer in the room.
My booking also included breakfast and it was great! The selection for breakfast was rather standard – bread, cheese, sweet yoghurts – but everything tasted great and was of high quality. Freshly baked bread and Swiss cheese were the highlight of my morning!
The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, so it was quiet and I felt safe even at night. It is also very close to a public transport stop (3 min walking), so connecting to the city center was very easy. Alternatively, a walk to the train station takes just 30-40 min. It was also easy to get to Uetliberg from the hotel by public transportation with just one transfer.
