The property was only 10 minutes walk away from the train station and was in a very quiet location in the old town. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was great with lots of food choices.

Great, central location. Very clean (shared bathrooms but had two on our floor to ourselves!) The breakfast was delicious and the fresh croissants were some of the nicest we’ve had! We also had a sink in the room on top of the shared bathrooms which was ideal plus for a triple room, there were 3 very comfy beds!

Very near the station, ideal if you are getting the Bernina Express. Comfortable room, nice shower, good breakfast with a wide choice on offer, staff friendly. Had an excellent sauna and steam room with showers and a small but well equipped gym.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but have what u need, table chair TV washbasin all v clean. Hotel has no lifts so if you are on top 4th floor it is a lot of steps. They had a room on second floor available so did there best to help me. Staff were great and very pleasant.

Everything was self service but really well-organised. At first I found it strange, for example the self check-in was done through a machine and breakfast self service in a dedicated area where the continental breakfast was available (great coffee machine, fresh yoghurts, milk, juices, lovely fresh brad and croissants. It really worked well, although I was a bit skeptical at first! Beds were really comfortable and the room spacious. The gorgeous mountain views from our windows were unexpected!
