Fantastic, typically Chilean breakfast. Although the location is not convenient, this hotel is not meant for business travel but for getaways/honeymoons/etc. and in that sense the location was great as it was in a quiet town in the Colchagua valley and close to the vineyards.
The building is a typical 'casa patronal'/Chilean manor house and it has been nicely maintained, with decorations reflecting Chilean 'huaso' culture and the nearby vineyards.
The host was friendly and very helpful. Hooked us up with a trusted taxi driver in the area who gave us decent rates and was crucial to our mobility that weekend. Massages and horse riding were lovely and were easily organised via the host.

Came here with my father to do some wine tasting in the region. My father is very particular and picky so we thought a little self catered apartment with a parking spot would work well. We were a little apprehensive at first due to our lack of Spanish but Osvaldo (the host) was super welcoming and Sami the guard dog was very friendly but also made us feel safe. Gorgeous grounds and pool and lots of animals to see - peacocks, dogs and cats. Perfect for a family or couple.
The small kitchen was fully equipped - all the pots and pans we needed, a great corkscrew for our wine, a hob, a mini oven and big fridge freezer for all our meals! The aircon was also efficient heating and we often sat outside on our little porch watching all the animals. Was exactly what we needed! Muchas Gracias Osvaldo!

Location is fantastic, in the middle of the Colchagua Valley.
I was really surprised to see that there are two lovely dogs in the place, besides 3 male alpahacas! That really made my trip. I had planned for a lot of vineyard sightseeing but in the end decided to stay mostly at the hotel, as the place is so nice. The pictures in booking really don't account for how wonderful this place is. We were lucky to be the only two guests in the hotel, but then there's place for 2 extra couples so I imagine it would still be very quiet.
Breakfast is also beyond average, we got homemade carrot cake, marmelade, fresh fruit, avocado, ham, cheese, all either home made or fresh from the valley. And with nice fresh grain coffee. And served in a lovely natural setting with magnific views, with the dogs and alpahacas moving around freely.
We got a welcome food tray with chips, cheese and tomato, and I definitely advise to plan for time at the hotel, as there's even a barbecue to grill your food.
And last but not least, Isabel, who was there to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable. Really kind and with a very nice energy, willing to make our experience and unforgettable one.
