The town has very good infrastructure the Metro is easy to use and very cheap. It has easy access to the city of Guangzhou, the people are friendly and welcoming. Great sights to see with Temples and Gardens to enjoy and explore. The Zimiau Temple is a must see.

Foshan to me is a good historical places to explore. Only thing is those places of interest are located far from town area and need to take public transport. Metro station are less compare to Guangzhou. Baidu maps are the most helpful apps to get around but only in Chinese version.

Weather at the beginning of September was very hot and humid with much rain, so that made our "first" impressions about Foshan a lil bit ugly and grey. Huge town, with nice wide main streets, full of nice trees and cycling paths as well. Couple of parks are just simply amazing.

Not very much a tourist visiting town but it is a good place to rest a few days after a long trip in Guangzhou. There is a beautiful Lotus Garden in town, it is beautiful in summer, also there is an old temple of Sanshui in the village town about 20 km away.ahAustralia

But overall the hotel was very comfortable and met my expectations. Staff speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. They also allowed early check in. The location is under ten minutes walk to Zumiao station, which is where the Lingnan Xintiandi complex is along with some other tourist attractions related to Foshan's martial arts legends. I will definitely consider staying here next time I am in my hometown.JustinCanada

This hotel is beautiful and room is very convenience n clean. And the best thing, we went to Lechong town n due to it was already night n hard rain, hard to get taxi. I called Ms Eva of Swissotel Foshan and she was happily order the taxi for me at her account. You rock. Of course i will be back.
