Once I booked the hotel online using booking.com, the friendly hotel foreigner representative manager Jack Ma will message you to add him to WeChat for ease of communication, he helped as in booking hotel pickup (as we arrived near mid night), help as book didi back to airport, even we asked him to do advance booking to Hunan Museum and other attractions. In the hotel, he will chat with you, kudos to Mr Jack Ma for his excellence customers service! Our booking including buffet style breakfast at 31st floor, many variety. We even once took our lunch at this Cantonese Restaurant, good quality, cheap, and good service, especially the waitress 周圣兰, who served us, giving us good advice on how to order the foods.
