The location is wonderful and hotel service is excellent! Service is in time if I ask for something. Hotel is very convenient for travelling no matter west lake scenic area or Xixi National Wetland Park.

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

I love all of the hostel!
Location is great, you can walk to the temples or the lake. They provide many different kinds of food for Breakfast. Guest room is pretty big and cozy, and the view is good.
Host is very sweet, she’s got every information you need in Hangzhou and would give you a detailed introduction. I like her voice that makes me at ease.
Definitely recommend it.
