Breakfast was good. The hotel was far from the Daxing airport. A shuttle to the Daxing airport would have been better.

The room was very spacious, clean and had everything you may need for your stay.
The staff was very attentive and quick.
The location is great if you need to stay nearby the airport, they offer a free shuttle service that also runs from early in the morning if you have an early flight, as we did. The driver was perfectly on time.

During my inaugural journey to China, apprehensions about the language barrier weighed heavily on my mind. However, to my delight, the hotel staff's attentiveness and eagerness to assist quickly dissolved any concerns. Their unwavering commitment to service became the highlight of my stay.
From the moment I arrived, burdened by cumbersome luggage, the staff showcased their considerate nature. Notably, a waitress went above and beyond her duties, proving to be an invaluable aid during my mealtimes. Her keen eye for my distress did not go unnoticed, and her efforts to assist with ordering food and translations were commendable. Her dedication and empathy are truly deserving of recognition, and one might even suggest that her exceptional service merits a pay rise.
The front desk personnel were also instrumental in providing guidance and support. When I needed to access a cash machine, they not only directed me to one across the road at the hospital but also ensured my safe return to the hotel premises. As my trip neared its end, the staff's helpfulness persisted; they efficiently arranged a taxi to the airport, ensuring a stress-free departure.
The warmth and proficiency of the hotel team left such an impression that upon my return to China a few days later, I sought out the same comforting experience. Unfortunately, due to the hotel's popularity and a coinciding convention, I was unable to secure a room. This minor disappointment did little to tarnish the memory of their outstanding service.
This experience has taught me that a language barrier is a minor obstacle when met with genuinely helpful individuals. The hotel's staff not only made my stay in China comfortable but also deeply memorable. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to book with them again in the future, hopefully well in advance to avoid missing out.

The ability of the receptionist to communicate to me in English was very professional. The Chef was very very friendly knowing that i was of African decent, he made me feel at home by taking me round and giving me insight of every single food served. All this was on the 31st December evening. He became my family on the night.

The 20 minute shuttle bus to and from the airport was convenient for our overnight stay. Although we arrived late at night (9.30 pm) the hotel's instructions on how to catch the shuttle bus worked. The rooms were basic but clean. Beds were comfortable. Some aircraft noise audible but not enough to keep us awake. No English spoken at reception but staff used patience and a phone app to communicate with us.

IF YOU TRY TO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR THE SHUTTLE BUS, Its now working at all!!!
With 3 months in advance, we sent all the details about our fly to the hotel and they answer back we need to call from the airport. The day before we sent again the details and we had the same auto answer back.
Al the moment in the airport, No one speak in english, the wifi didnt works, no one in the customer services go help us. Finally, tired we force to take a taxi to arrived to the hotel.
The staff in the front desk was so rude. We didnt mentioned nothing about the shuttle services because they didn't understand and we didn't want to fight.
I booked this hotel for the free shuttle bus services but didn't works! Very bad decision!!!!

Considering recent prices in Beijing its good option since you will avoid being robbed by taxi drivers. Room was good bed little bit hard like all beds in China. 2 ways free ride can save you allot of money considering how taxi drivers cheat foreigners. Airport Express Line is better option.

Excellent location for Beijing Airport.
Excellent location for Beijing Airport. Has local shops and resturants around the hotel. It is out of town so if one wants the facilities of the city dont go here even though ther is a shuttle bus into the city centre it is not very frequent. Good shuttle to the airport. Not convenient for public transport anywhere one needs to go to hte expense of a taxi.
