The hotel is a 3 star hotel. no food or breakfast is provided by the hotel directly. You do have a menu in your room for a third party option to provide breakfast or lunch or dinner. The hotel had a small coffee machine which was available 24/7. The owner or head of the hotel was very helpful. As was the reception staff, particularly the young lady from Venezuela. the hotel cleaning staff were also very helpful. everyone was friendly and happy to help or chat with you. even using a translation option on the front desk computer.
