Beautiful room and great grounds. Freedom to explore the grounds and really helpful staff. They recommended a lesser known waterfall to the busy Fortuna waterfall. The one they recommended was beautiful and didnt have the crowds etc. Really great experience. You need a car though ideally as restaurants are far away

It was a perfect stay, very clean, very organized. I stayed here a year ago too. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is really good with a great variety. The cleaning ladies also make a great job in the rooms.
There is a direct view to the volcano, it is amazing. The hotel is also very close the central. Simply loved it and would go back anytime.
