Excellent breakfast, coffee machine in the room, very helpful personnel, especially Jan, who was handling everything with ease. Hotel is situated in a quite area but with many restaurants, wine bars... tram station is 2 min by foot, taking directly to city center.

The staff were great and gave us all the information we needed, reserved us events we attended. The breakfast included great diversity of everything: eggs, cold and hot drinks, cheese and ham, sweets, fruits and vegetables...

The location is great we could walk around through all the old city and shopping area, and it felt safe coming back late in the night.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very close to centre, close to Hop On Hop Off bus stop, towels changed every day, twin room with enough space to place 2 suitcases out of the way as room had a little foyer type room when walked in, independent air-conditioner for room that actually worked so was great. Had kettle and fridge in room. Bathroom very spacious and shower stall very easy to get in and out of. breakfast was good, big range to decide from. Did not use TV so cannot comment on that. Wi-Fi a bit patchy most nights.

The hotel is located on the perfect place- not in crowded with tourists areas but on a walking distance from the most popular sights. Many shops and restaurant nearby. The rooms and the baths were clean.
