Fantastic location - right next to the Tree-top walk, which has a great, free playground - we spent a couple of hours there every day. The cable car up Cerna Hora is a short walk away. Beautiful building, very clean, plenty of parking, great terrace at the back for relaxing in the evening.

I had a four days stay in Batlém Penzion and it became a really great memory! The Penzion is really near to the beginners ski pist like 15 minutes by walk! Other pists are easy to access with skibus just five minutes from the penzion! The nature around is really gorgeous and there is a spa center with pool just 200 m far from the penzion! Before all these qualities, stands the owner of the Penzion, Robert! He is such a great host, very friendly, kind, guest friendly and it gives you this feeling that you know him for a long time! I felt in family there! He sat the fire in his gorgeous fireplace and we had a great time chatting with him and other guest! I will go back there absolutely! I recommend Betlém for all seasons! There is also a cute dry sauna there for relaxing after your hiking or skiing! The access from either Prague or Trutnov( the small city near Janske Lazne) is easily possible with the public transportation!

Apartment was just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the ski lift, very clean and modern, considered all details to feel comfortable after skiing, kitchen well equipped for real cooking, responsive host, foldable sofa bed probably not convenient for 2 adults but for 2 small kids was enough to sleep.

Quiet place, a bit too cold and too dark. Luckily there were heaters. Owner was nice and helpfull, we checked in a bit late, she waited for us kindly.
