Very nice historical town with lots of places to see and visit. Really calm and peaceful too (at least in October). I can recommend just walking through the beautiful streets or visiting the local palace. People were friendly too and we visited several local restaurants that offer delicious food.

Liromysl has a number of interesting historic buildings to visit and a very attractive central square. Most of the points of interest are easy to walk to. Staff at the tourist information centres were very helpful. It is a good place to explore life in a smaller Czech community away from the large capital.MargaretCanada

A nice foot way along the river Loučná (a very nice bike path along that pittoresque river even longer, like an "English mini park" on the embankment), or if you have a bike very comfortable 7 min ride to the city! The pension is under the bottomline the best I ever had in Litomyšl, were I spent each year from 2012 to now several weeks. It is a familiar pension with a nice ambiente and support.

The building was probably renovated recently, it still had that new paint smell. The room is furnished very tastefully and obviouly with care. Everything was clean.
