There is a lot to like about this place: the location right next to the entrance of the Bohemian paradise (do try the Mouse Hole entrance right across the car park; it's one of the best parts of the reserve), the very, very friendly staff, the breakfast buffet being-as-it-should-be, the area, and ... the terrace at the castle next door.
Also the hotel itself has this HerculePoirot-like atmosphere - which is very inspiring.

Very nice place, with a wonderful view and a hiking trail right next to it. It's fun living in a castle, even if it's just a hostel room. The outdoor terrace in the castle is amazing. Very helpful receptionist. We left early so she organized breakfast boxes for us. Thanks, the food was tasty!
