Everything was arranged to make the guests' and the staff's lives as easy as possible.
The wellness area was great and the swimming area designed to maximise the view and relaxation.
Having the underground corridor available to move between hotels was great! And so was the chipped bracelet to access the wellness and charge drinks. Good coffee at wellness Sidonie.
Zamek Klein was incredible, kudos to whoever did the restoration and refurbishment. Everything was new but done in barouque style down to the smallest detail.
Thanks to the staff for the clear communication to minimise any discomfort caused by the big company event ongoing at the resort.
