Very good communication of the staff, perfectly fluent in English, very kind and helpful! (I was communicating mainly with the short hair lady on shift at reception on Friday 13.10., can't remember the name, but she was very professional and super nice). Parking free for hotel guests directly in front of the hotel is very convenient.

And the Penzion v Chaloupce was one of my very best experiences ever! :D Beautiful, lovely decorated house in green residential area and a big and very clean room, very big shower! Very friendly owners, SUPER breakfast with fresh and high quality food from a large selection!!! :D Well working WiFi, free parking on secure ground. Very good localization. Nice small city Rychnov. Apartment was very near to castle park and old town, few minutes by walk. Very beautiful place called villa "Nemec". Very spacious rooms like in older architecture. Very well renovated. I mean. Old building, retro style, top renovation, wine shop, very kind and welcoming Mrs. Leona. :) Full apartment with bathroom, kitchen, features to use for that price. Perfect. To byl hezky weekend. :D
