I believe it's one of the best accommodations in Trebič. Located in the the UNESCO Jewish Quarter, the hotel is fabulous, well maintained, with impressive interior design and comfortable touches. We loved our stay and we will come back next time.

Good, quiet location just outside the town centre. Dogs/pets allowed. The staff were great. Very well-equipped room (better than most more expensive hotels) and comfy beds. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and there was a lovely shower as well. Can't think of a single thing that was bad about this place so I highly recommend it.

Friendly people at the check in, new rooms with nice shower. Just good value for the relatively cheaper price for this room in the local neighborhood of Trebic, there is also a bar and hotel in the same building, we had a few drinks there.

Trebic is well worth a visit.
Trebic is well worth a visit. The Basilica of St Procopius is an architectural gem and the Jewish Quarter has been beautifully preserved.
Public transport is best managed from other large cities by bus, as train journeys often have to be broken with complicated changes. Not so good for those of us who are less mobile.
I took the Flixbus from Brno in the morning and was in Trebic in an hour.
The next day I took another bus to Prague and was there in two hours. If you're taking the Auto Bey bus from Trebic bus station to Prague you need to know it leaves from the side of stand 3, but technically outside the bus station, so the connection isn't on the departures board in the bus station building.
The town is in two halves on both banks of the Jihlava river, so don't miss the town square and the church of St. Martin, or the painted house.
Trebic also seems to have one or two good cafes as well - always good when you're walking around and need some refreshment.

The place is nice for one day, but in my own opinion it isn’t foreigner friendly. Not an easy place to reach by public transport, not to mention that the staff at train station are friendly, they gave us the most unfriendly service. The options for accommodation is limited, I would say it’s overpriced a bit compare to other cities, even Prague can offer a better accommodation for the same price I paired here. I would say it’s good enough for one day trip, and it’s better to come here with a Czech friend, otherwise you won’t really enjoy it.

Trebic is a small, yet interesting historic town in the Czech Republic.
I arrived on a Sunday when most everything was close, however, enchantingly quiet.
I enjoyed strolling to the various sites and meandering around the old Jewish quarter...very interesting.

I was just sleeping in Trebic for a night, because I was on a bike tour. But the beautiful buildings made a lasting impression, I would have gladly stayed for a couple of days to wander in the streets.

Great place for weekends, lots of small pubs and diners to eat at but close by 10pm. I recommend eating at Vinohradek Nad Babou, great steaks and burgers. Also Hotel Grand has a very central bar and an extensive menu too. Please carry cash as most places do not accept cards.
The hotel is super well located near the historic jewish quarter and the st. procopius basilica, everything can be done by foot.
The hotel itself is very nice, with a large courtyard inside. When I arrived it was a bit confusing because you need go go through a restaurant to reach the hotel, but after it was easy as the reception is on the first floor.
The room was spatious and clean, I really enjoyed how confortable the bed was. Even if the room was overlooking the street, it was very quiet.
Great accommodation in the center of Třebíč, I've tried many hotels or private owned apartments in Třebíč during couple last years but none of them was even close to the quality of Demaris. My room was exeptionaly clean, the place is very quiet and the owner is very nice and helpful. The breakfast provided by café in the ground floor was just brilliant, I had eggs Benedict which were super delish and the staff was amazing. I'll definitely be back!
Lovely staff. Very friendly and obviously happy. Monika Cabriolet, though at work in the bar/restaurant was lovely company for this solo traveller. Evening meal was basic but tasty (Spaghetti Carbonara). Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it. Secure garage parking for my motorbike.
The Grand is, in a word, lush. A few notches up from my usual road trip accommodation. Incredible value.
Perfectly located in the charming town of Trebic.
The hotel had been beautifully renovated to preserve the integrity of its bones.
Of all my extensive travels, by far my favorite!
And the restaurant was charming and delicious.
Staff very accommodating ie needed a taxi one day, extended checkout No problem !
If ever I’m back, I will stay here!
The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Ask them to reserve you a table at their in house restaurant. One of the best restaurants in Czech! Awesome vibe, delicious food, excellent service.
Quaint view of the little river behind the hotel from the window. Although rooms are basic you want for nothing. Highly recommend.
A basic buffet breakfast was acceptable, nothing to get excited about. The hotel is clean and modern, only a 15-minute walk from the centre of town. Unfit people might need a taxi back because the hill is very steep! The staff were pleasant and spoke English. No complaints, I would happily recommend the place for a brief stay.
Excellent value for money. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with freshly baked bread. There is public parking very close to the hotel. The price per night is 30 CZK. The parking is free of charge on Saturday and Sunday. Excellent stay for one night.
with Joseph, you can't go wrong. Form great and supportive staff to amazing rooms and facilities. I stayed several times, at least 2-3x times a year and they keep the constant quality of service. Can wholeheartedly recommend it to any visitors of Trebic. Top accommodation in Trevic last couple of years.
Very easy to find. Almost right across from the Procopious Basilica and not far from the old Jewish section. Hotel is old and quaint with narrow stairways which added to the charm. Bed very comfortable and we slept well without much noise around us. Breakfast was excellent!!! Bathroom very modern.
The hotel is situated in a nice town in an area close to other attractions. The place is very clean, the room is simple but it satisfies all the needs. The staff is very attentive to the guests’ needs. Definitely, we will come back! Thank you!
This accommodation is a must if you are going to spend a night or two in Třebíč and it’s surroundings. The kitchen is really nicely equipped, the whole place is clean, location is convenient and there is really nothing to dislike about this.
Beautifully restaurated hotel with friendly staff, nicely located with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Our room had 2 floors, from the upper floor we had a beautiful view on the town. Breakfast had a wide range of food.
Excellent value for money; a clean and comfortable room. A great base for exploring the historic region including Telc, Trebic, and Jaromerice. The bar/cafe was downstairs and round the corner - a good atmosphere.
Beautiful hotel near the Jewish neighborhood of Trebic. It is a historical building kept in excellent conditions. The room was large and gorgeous. The staff was very helpful.
Decent place to stay in Trebic. It is close to everything: bus station, train station, Albert supermarket, Saint Prokopius Cathedral, Jewish Quaerter, Jewish Cemetery.
The location, staff, and cleanliness of the room were just great! We had a really nice time staying at Hotel Kocour and can’t wait to come back one day!
