Staff were friendly and as helpful as possible. The staff member who greeted me didn't speak English (not unusual for a small Czech town), but the owner does, so was able to get the information required about the rooms, how to enter the complex after the front door was locked, and how to check out.
Located about 6 minutes walk to Hippos Arena, 10 minutes to Havlíčkův Brod town centre and 15 minutes walk to Havlíčkův Brod main train station.
Room was spacious and had all the basic fittings you would expect, as well as a fridge.
Shower was hot and had good pressure. Plenty of towels provided.
