The property has a really good location in an amazing district. The city center is very good approachable within only 30 mins (15 mins walk and 15 mins subway).
The hotel has a very nice bar and a restaurant with a delicious food. The stuff at the bar and in the restaurant are very polite and most helpful. We were placed at the restaurant without a reservation and we enjoyed how funny and comfortable our waitress was.
The hotel has also a spa zone with saunas which we used every evening.
The room was big (we were 3) with very comfortable beds. It was really clean and stylish. We enjoyed staying in our room, even ordered room service (fee is 5€ which is okay). The bathroom is spacious and clean

The hotel is situated in a peaceful, pleasant part of Hamburg where you can really relax. A bank is right across the road, Lidl is a couple of doors down and there are very good restaurants nearby. It’s a German hotel run by Germans so you get a genuine German experience. It’s a few minutes’ walk to the train station so all parts of Hamburg are easily accessible since the public transport system is incredible (and very cheap). This is one of the few hotels who include breakfast as standard and it was very enjoyable. Great value in such a lovely area.

70/80s style building and rooms (which might not be everyone’s taste) but the rooms are big, bright and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is not by the city center but on the edge of a nice residential area with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafés. Price was a bit high but to be expected as it was the Hamburg marathon and 40k people were attending the event.
Would chose the hotel again!

However, the stay exceeded my expectations, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was great.
