I was a little worried after reading multiple reviews mentioning the noise at night, but decided to give it a try anyway, because I just needed a place to stay before an early flight and the rates looked great. In the end, it was utterly quiet - but I stayed on a Tuesday and my room had a window to the back.
It's well connected via public transport and centrally located in Hamburg. All members of staff I encountered were really nice.
Considering the location within Hamburg and the fact that this is a big city, it's very cheap for a single room with private bathroom. Everything was clean, my bed was comfortable and they even provide toiletries.
I had a great (even if very short stay) and would book a room here again in the future.
