The hotel decor is old and tired.
The hotel decor is old and tired. While the room price was reasonable, the price for food at the hotel was much too high. The price for breakfast, at 17 Euro per person, was very unreasonable for what you got. Service was not the best either. Sadly.

I was born in Neustrelitz and loved and still love the city for it's beautiful nature and of course mainly lakes. There's not just one lake: No matter in which direction you leave the city, you'll find several beautiful lakes to go for a nice swim. Forest lakes, lakes with beautiful beaches, remote lakes where you're all by yourselves, busy lakes with nice restaurants and lakes with docks, sometimes bridges for the little ones to play. The city itself makes for 1-2 nice walks, the city center and it's Baroque architecture is really nice, but since it's relatively small it won't keep you busy for more than a day or two.

But mostly I appreciate that staff also spoke English and spoke German slower once they understood I was not German but now some German. i tried to my best speaking German; however, it was my first time speaking the language ever, so it was nice of them to help out! On top of this, this hotel is pets friendly which is a priority for us! The food was very tasty. I definitely recommend this place

It is surrounded by amazing, beautiful, old forest with great trials for walking and cycling. If you like nature you probably won’t find better place. Our room was nice and cozy, with big, comfortable bed, table, couch and plenty of shelves to put your stuff. Bathroom is practical and clean. The restaurant serves really nice, homemade food made with quality ingredients. It has great terrace. Breakfast is tasty and you won’t leave hungry.JuliaDenmark

The location in the harbor is the highlight, clean, comfortable, WIFI is perfect, everything you need is placed conveniently within the small, but very well-organized space.
