I stayed in Norderstedt just for 1 quick night. The hotel was very nice and clean. The position (5 min from the airport) and the shuttle service are good. The staff is kind. You can trust the wake up call service. The bathroom is big and hot and with all the needed services. The only problem for me was the temperature of the bedroom, too hot (no windows). I turned off the heating immediatley when i entered the bedroom but during the night was still too hot (22degrees) so i couldn't sleep well.
