Zinnowitz is a sophisticated seaside resort with all amenities for a short break or longer holiday. It can perfectly be reached by train. Road travel is often affected by traffic congestions (both bridges to the Island of Usedom are working swing bridges). Zinnowitz has a long and clean beach and the whole area is perfect for cycling. Great family activities (e.g. "Karls Erdbeerhof" - a strawberry theme park, "DDR-Museum" at Dargen - huge collection of East German products of all kinds).

I stayed by myself for a quiet weekend and it was ideal on a chilly March weekend! Very cosy in the room, totally silent at night, comfy bed and a desk if you need to do any work or studies. Zinnowitz itself is beautiful and the coast is amazing for long walks either on the beach or little trails through the woods. I will definitely be back!
