The balcony is also large and equipped with a chairs and a table, where one can drink coffee (from the coffee machine in the room!). The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is self is a bit distant from Konstanz and Bodensee but if one has a car it's merely a short drive. It's really quiet and one can spend a wonderful time in the terrace during the evening or during breakfast. Also there is free parking in the facility with is easy to access.

One of the cheaper hotels, what doesn't means it's cheap for what you get, since all hotels close to Bodensee are overpriced. I had seen a lot of comments about bathroom not so comfortable, but be reminded that you are not booking a 5 star hotel. It's a small apartment at a very reasonable cost. So, in terms of overall facilities, including bathroom, it's very decent with the amount that you pay.
