This excellent hotel is located along the main rood in Bergen an der Dumme. During night-time, very little noise. Very good room and breakfast. Excellent dinner and nice bar for drinks. We enjoyed a hiking trip in the village.

The breakfast was good but could be better, Soap supply was rather strange, in my bathroom it was difficult to press sth out of the tube. And only one soap for hands, body and hair. Spa was really nice.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly, the location is amazing — quiet natural area with nice German-style buildings and horse-riding facilities. Also, fresh breakfasts with crispy bread, fresh veggies and fruits as well as German sausages and cheeses made my belly very happy :)

Room was bigger than expected. it was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel provides a good Wifi connection.
Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is also exceptional. If I need to go Hitzacker or nearby cities, I will definetely stay Hotel Hitzacker again.
