The hotel is brand new. The room was well designed with a spacious bath and comfortable bed. The hotel is family run and communication was excellent even before our arrival. We were passing through after a busy day and the excellent communication made our complex travel situation smooth and prevented complications. Breakfast offered plenty of choices.

the guy was friendly and helpful but the whole 'collect a key from a box' idea is very impersonal which I don't particularly like. TV service was good via a fire stick...means I could log on to Netflix or Amazon, but all other channels were only in german.

The Rooms were spacious and bright. The distance to the Airport and Expo Center was around 10 minutes and theoretically, getting into the city via public transport is also relatively simple. (Unfortunately, the strikes made that a bit more tricky for us, but even without most of the public transport, we managed to get into Stuttgart quite comfortably)
