We were in our way to Copenhagen, and we decided to break the trip in this area. The town is quaint and lively, music band, smoked herring. We didn’t spend many hours here, but we really like it. The beach was not great, it had a lot of seaweed.

very much dissapointed with that place. host has no humanity...
very much dissapointed with that place. host has no humanity at all. firstly they did not let us in as they couldn't/didn't find our reservation. secondly, when the room was booked for three, and I was expected something like sofa bed, they told us that the materasse was outside of the room and we could get it. (there was nothing mentioned about that while booking) thirdly, water was cold and not even a one person could have a normal shower Wifi was crasshing all the time and light went off I cannot expect worst trip in my lifeMariamGeorgia

The house is so lovely, I thought myself in a Disney fairytale with Snowhite and the Dwarfs waiting for me behind the door. I booked the smallest room, it's enough for one person for a short stay (only one night for me). There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor and WC upstairs close to the rooms, also a corner with coffee machine, fridge etc. Liked it a lot

We got the upgrade from hostel to hotel which is situated on the same premises which was good as our kid got a separate bed to sleep. So that my feedback is more about the hotel and not the hostel. Plenty of windows let in the morning light. Idyllic setting, nice paths to go for walks. Six minute drive to Kerteminde harbor and to the nearby golf course.
