The apartment was very cosy and the facilities at the hotel are fun and helpful. The bike rental made our day easy and fun. Beds were very comfortable and it was perfect that the apartment had everything we needed. Me and my boyfriend loved the outdoor chess!

I am not used to stay at B&Bs. Uually I stay in hotels. Surely, they cannot be compared.
I was positively impressed about the level of truste deposited in the guests. Door was open, nobody in the reception, room key was on the table. a piece of paper asking to write down my desired hour for breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Heating system was working well. Nice access to the outside, with table and chairs. Unfortunately, the weather still kind of cold and rainy.
Located on a cobblestoned street in the historic town of Ribe, this B&B is 600 metres from Ribe Train Station. It offers airy rooms, free Wi-Fi and free tea/coffee all day.

Nice size room with an entrance area before entering bedroom. We had a nice view to the city across the river like a framed picture on the wall. Great location as it is just 8-10 min walk outside the main city centre yet it feels secluded. Clean and simple set up.
Located in central Ribe, this family-owned inn offers guest rooms with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee facilities and free WiFi access. The 12th-century Ribe Cathedral is a 3-minute walk away.

Cosy hotel with excellent service. Susanne was fantastic and helped us out with any information we needed. Great location, could walk through the old city with ease. Parking was also convenient, if there is no space at the hotel there is a free parking location about 200 metres down the street.

Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and very responsive to messages.
Scenery was fabulous, nice views for the morning walk. Location close to Ribe city center.
Ribe felt very safe to walk in day or night. Friendly people, take your dog on leash everywhere and in most cafes, hotels, nice food, grassy areas to walk and explore, clothes shopping and the oldest town in Denmark was extremely well maintained and very clean.

It's a beautiful city with very attractive houses and other buildings. Just walking around in the city is a nice experience. The city has cheap shopping opportunities and restaurants. Since it is one of the oldest cities in Denmark, I will recommend it to those who love old architecture and fairy tale cities. For me, it's a personal favourite in Denmark due to its history and the fact that it is so well kept. However, it is a small city which you can explore in a single day too.

Beautiful little town, not to far from the sea.
Beautiful little town, not to far from the sea. The cobbled streets with old buildings and the almost car free streets were a pleasure to stroll around. by the way, all cobbled streets have separate tracks for wheelchairs/rollators/prams in smooth granite. The 3 big parking lots on walking distance from the centre were all free, but don't forget your parking disk or stay more than 4 hours, you will get a KR 500,- fine.
Shops close at 17h30 and after that the town was almost without people beside the few in the restaurants that were open. Corona aftermath?!?
It was nice to visit the casual car show on Tuesdays ( opposite the harbour.)
The Viking village looked a bit dilapidated, but I guess a lot was because of the irregular opening times during Corona. We visited end of August.
Old and new Ribe are well separated, so no modern architecture within the old town centre, to the north of Ribe you will find the new industrial area, shopping mall, garages, a huge bicycle shop, etc.

Ribe it's the most beautiful town I've been to in Denmark. Nice museums, nice restaurants, nice beer. The church is beautiful and all the houses are well preserved, it's so nice just to walk around. Make sure to try the local beer!

Tourists are not well regarded there, citizens show no tact with other cultures visiting their place, so they should limit entry into the city;
We would spend our money in a nicer places; where people like to receive visitors;

Ribe is a beautiful old town with many old perhaps even original buildings. The beautiful walking street has the usual assortment of shops many offering the owner's own products. The Chocolate Gelato store is one such enterprise where the Italian owner makes his own Gelato. The Dagmar Hotel has great meals served inside (for dinner) or patio for lunch.
Cobble stone streets everywhere even along the river. The Domkirke (Cathedral) is also a must see, especially the bell tower. It take 245 steps to the top to see the tower construction, clock works and at the top a wonderful view of the city. Warning the climb does require physical dexterity with some rather steep sections.
The accommodation was amazing - located just minutes from the main square of Ribe it offered everything we needed for a longer stay. The room was spacious, elegant and comfortable. Bathroom large, with all basic stuff (soap, shampoo, hair dryer and even make-up wipes). The kitchenette also included all that was needed to re-heat a dinner or make some breakfast toast&tea. The hostess was really nice and helpful. Also, the town itself is well worth a visit. I'm sure we'll come back and we'll stay here again.
It was a first experience in Kammerslusen and it was a very good one. 10 min away from Ribe. The room was clean and I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I was a little bit skeptic about shared bathroom but it appeared that it was nothing to be afraid of. Two bathrooms were available so there was no need to wait for one anytime. Choosing breakfast in the hotel was a good idea, too. I must also add that all stuff was extremely helpful and friendly during my whole stay. Mange tak!

You rent your own apartment, which includes everything a family needs. My two kids and I were so pleased with it, and only sorry we only booked one night.
My kids loved that in our unit their beds were in a loft. For those with mobility issues, there are many units on the ground floor, not to worry.
There's a lovely kids playground on site. We loved the canal, which was frequented by ducks. So peaceful. We slept very well.
The walk into Ribe is just a few minutes.
The cozy, clean b&b with the lovely owner at the best location of Ribe! The place is local, charm and very nice with comfy bed, table and sofa in your own room, good price for what i get as solo traveller (big room) you have to share bathroom with other rooms for though but it’s very clean. The location is just in the main street of Ribe, very charming.
Quiet place surrounded by green. The park has two large fishing ponds where fishing enthusiasts can fish. We used the park as a home base for trips to for example Ribe and Esbjerg. Easy to park. The chalet had two bedrooms and all the necessary kitchen stuff including a dishwasher.
The location is great, the breakfast was tasty, the staff are helpful, and I appreciate the historical value to the hotel. May stay here really contributed to the overall historical and delightful experience I wanted from my visit to Ribe.
Wonderful house in the center of Ribe.
Better from real that in photos. It is a cozy house, very clean, with all you need to spend a beautiful holiday.
Host very nice, she emmediatly helped us with a problem with the whasing machine.
The staff was attentive and was able to accommodate a large group. We had the best time at Hotel Ribe. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s right in the middle of everything. Having a pub downstairs was a happy bonus.
Within 10 minutes walking distance of the historic centre of Ribe. Going the other side: a quiet road, good for walking the dog. Quiet at night. A small terrace / sitting area. Ample car parking.
The house is very big and comfortable. The hosts were very nice and helpful and helped us with all our requests. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Ribe, which was great. good value for money.
it felt like being in a home instead of a hotel. Since my grandmother lived in Ribe until she was 17, I wanted to stay on a residential street. The home was clean, bright, comfortable.
The apartment was cozy, comfortable, well decorated, and could not be in a better location to explore Ribe. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!
