I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, even the standard ones were clean, well designed, bright. Also the hallways seemed to be recently updated. The brekfast bar - 10/10! It’s a lovely old building, scheduled as a national treasure. The location is good. The receptionist was very helpful. There was lots of space in our junior suite which was more like a maisonette than a room, with kitchen/living room and upstairs bedroom and toilet. So there shouldn’t be much to dislike.
