First of all thanks to Mina who was Supervisor of front office, than the other animition team and kitchen team are really nice and well coming. Everything was perfect, the location, the staff, the food. We couldn’t have asked for more. The beach was sandy and shallow and just perfect for my toddler. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the dance class and yoga with Lucas on the beach. The staff In the Mediterranean restaurant and Ristori opposite went above and beyond. The pools were spotless and the splash parks perfect for all ages. My husband enjoyed the spa and the girls go their hair braided. The entertainment team in particular Marina and Ahmed were very engaging. We really appreciated the family friendly nightly shows. My son loved the 2 playgrounds on site.
