The hotel was clean and comfortable. We got lost and they came and picked us up. We had an excellent meal and bottle of wine and the service was really friendly and kind. PR Una Estella Dorada was a great place to stay. Thr staff were very helpful. We left a wrist watch behind and we were able to retrieve it before we left on our walk to Santiago. Our bags weren't collected by the transport company and the staff were excellent in contacting us to organise the transport of our bags to our hotel in Santiago. Excellent service 👏
