The apartment is in a gated community. I went in March which would not be high season but still, very calm place. The apartment is really nice and comfortable and the average temperature was about 25° and I did not need the fan or any heating. There is a mini market on the next street over from the gates and a larger supermarket maybe 5 minutes walking. About 15 minutes away by foot there is a long street full of restaurants and cafes.
The staff were super helpful giving me detailed instructions so I could find the apartment more easily. Public transport from the airport dropped me off maybe 25 minutes away by foot.

Arona is OK for family, here are beaches of yellow sand, perfect for small kids and family. Beaches have showers, chair and umbrellas rent services (chair/2 chair/2 chair+umbrela : 6/10/12). Near beaches are stores where You can buy sandwiches, ice creams, water, beer, kid toys for sand, etc, restaurants During start of March it is carnival with a lot of fun, music, shows

Very cheap place to eat out and drink. We stayed in Los Christianos which has a very nice blend of British/other Northern European and Spanish places and visitors. We stayed in Costa del Silencio which is quieter than a lot of resorts but perfect for us . 20 minutes to Los Cristianos by bus. Lots of great places to eat our favourite was el botijo great food and staff , good idea to book as gets busy.

Small rural town above Los Cristianos. Pleasant enough town away from the coast with a number of small local eateries and one restaurant (Roque del Conde). Only two small supermarkets with limited range so if cooking for yourself buy else where. Town well served by buses from the coast (480 and 482). Also the 342 which goes up to Teide but it passed us full at Arona and didn't stop. The 482 goes on up to Vilaflor. We used the location as a jumping off point for walking. Good area for walking locally (Roque del Conde & GR131). Also walking from Vilaflor. We also went down to Los Cristianos and got a bus around to Adeje to walk from there. If you have a car - more walking opportunities also. Our accommodation was half an hours walk or 10 minute bus ride from the town. A lovely location if you want to get away from the mega tourism of the coast

The apartment looks better in reality than in the photo. You can find absolutely everything in the apartment including multiple types of coffee machines and beach towels. The large terrace offers beautiful ocean views. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host Jose is very welcoming and always offers his help with any questions. I look forward to coming back to Arona again to this apartment.

We compared notes to friends who stayed closer to arona, and we got so much more out of our appartment! I would most mention really really reallly comfortable beds!!!!! The apartment is clean and well equipped with all the amenities to prepare your own meals, do your own laundry and in general feel like home (e.g. plenty of cosmetics you can use if you forget something). There are some good restaurants nearby and the small supermarket is within walking distance. The beach is also within close reach. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Comfy and convenient apartment (we were 3 but can fit more), all appliances available and in perfect condition. If I return to this area of Tenerife I will definitely book again.

This location overlooks the carpark but it was totally quiet at night. It was spotless and had optional air conditioning and excellent WiFi. The bed was super-comfy and had everything we needed for the week. Having a separate bedroom from the living/kitchen is a bonus. The owners very helpfully let us check in early.

Pool area was lovely and spacious, the owner was quick to respond and allowed us to check out at 6pm which was great since we had an evening flight. Would definitely recommend staying here.
