The view from the balcony is amazing just as all landscapes in the area. Miren was really sweet and advised us to visit the tourist office. I really recommend visiting them, they give great advices to visit the area. The apartment was really clean and very well equipped (coffee machine, kettle, bath towels, toilet paper ...). It felt just like in an hotel. Thank you Miren for everything, we really enjoyed our stay and make sure to promote this little paradise to our friends and family.

Bakio is a terrific beach and surfing resort, but we didn't go for either of those. We went because it's close to Gaztelugatxe and there are some very good restaurants nearby. And a txakoli museum! Check it out!

I had a beautiful nostalgic room, with lovely wooden floors and stone walls, a nostalgic looking bed, which was very comfortable and an incredible view into the palm filled garden. Everything was very clean, towels, floors, bath. The staff was very kind, polite, helpful and friendly at any given time. The hotel is incredibly close to the beach, 50m away from the bus stop and in a really calm and beautiful neighborhood. It was a really enjoyable stay. especially for the weonderful price.

Everyone involved in running the hotel was absolutely great. The breakfast was out of this world. The owner makes the bread, garden fresh tomatoes, and even the olive oil. Truly incredible. The rooms and hotel in general are stylish and modern. The location is great. There has obviously been a great attention to detail in putting the hotel together. I went to hike the “Ermita de San Juan de Gaztelugatxe” and the bus was just behind the hotel. The next day I went to Bilbao and the bus stop was also behind the hotel. You have to bus choices and runs every 30 minutes. There is a choice of 2 buses, one ending in 17 which takes you all around the area and a fastest one ending in 18.
