Loved the location! So close to everything we came to Avila for! The hotel had the traditional atmosphere we were looking for! The room was cute and had everything we needed. Loved having the patio for tbe afternoon sun! The staff were helpfull and the cleaning of our room was exceptional! Thank you to our chamber maid! The hotel was luxurious and classy in a beautiful old Spanish style from the amazing restaurant courtyard to the rooms, simply gorgeous. The location was perfect, everything was on the doorstep, from the cathedral to the many good restaurants. We cannot fault this hotel in anyway.
We found the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they could not do enough for us.
The restaurant food was of a very high quality with staff that made the experience special.
