If there is a kinder,more helpful gentleman in the world we have yet to meet him. Expecting a cold start to our trip we needed to shed some of our clothing. He volunteered to look after it for us. He advised us on our next day,s route. He looked after our bikes in his garage. The hotel is perfectly clean and modern and located right in the middle of town near restaurants and bars.

It's in a good location for those getting off the ferry in Santander in the afternoon taking about 2 hours to reach.
The room was clean and the beds were comfy (for us). The parking is off road in a large car park.

Owner was very nice and friendly, gave special attention, explained everything about surroundings. The Hotel was Warm, cosy, clean! Has amazing panorama of mountains !
Camasobres is a tiny little hamlet. The only reason to go there is if you want to go hiking. We were unlucky with the weather. The visibility was zero, but we were only there for one night on our way to Picos de Europa. However, I am sure it would be a good centre for different hikes. There is plenty of lovely scenery to see. We ate at the hotel.
Begonia the proprietor was so warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure we were well served. The staff were very good too. The hotel itself was spotless and well appointed. Bar and restaurant were comfortable and a very pleasant place to spend some time. Extensive gardens for relaxing in the sun too.
The position of hotel in a lovely area. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The meal excellent value for money included wine and water. Room very good.
