The staff were superb and made allowances for my very poor Spanish. The location was very dramatic although the weather could have been better, but this is outside the control of the hotel. I was surprised that dinner was not served until 20:30 hours and some of the explanations of the dishes was a little confusing in translation for example the vegetable soup with veal could have been better described as a veal and vegetable casserole.

Beautiful set by the banks of the river in the Castile y Leon's countryside, this hotel has eye-catching interior design and is housed in a beautifully converted mill.
