We stayed here for one night prior to heading out to hike the Camino del Norte. The hotel has a great location in central Bilbao and is clean and well equipped, with nice toiletries in the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and as an added bonus, a discount is offered for car parking in the nearby car park

A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in another country and culture. Weekends are festive in the area with lots of activity at the local bars and cafes. Not many tourists around though... more elderly population noticeable.AAnonymousZimbabwe

It's a pretty basic hotel which has few creature comforts, for example the breakfast has a minute choice of options. The bed was large and comfortable and being out of town there was plenty of free parking available.

Plenty of parking space. There are 3 rental car companies right in the back of the hotel. The room is clean, and the bed is quite comfortable. Staff is profession and helpful. They speak good English. It is the best choice for airport access.
