The hotel was where I stayed for business. I travel quite often and have comparisons with many other places of a similar standard. Overall, the rooms were pleasant, and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space, a good hairdryer, and a wonderful sea view, which made details like a dirty balcony, a sticky table, not very clean closet or mosquito bites less significant. The bathroom had shampoo, shower gel, soap, a comb, sanitary waste bags, and a shower cap. However, I missed body lotion and hair conditioner, which I would expect in a 4-star hotel. There were also no slippers or bathrobe. The room had no kettle for water, tea, and coffee, but you could find complimentary water in the minibar. The stony, beautiful, and wide beach is very close by. Loads of fruits for breakfast, pool and gym available on the 4th floor.
Avenida Tropical is situated in central Salobreña, on the Costa Tropical, just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

The overall experience of staff, the facilities and general atmosphere of the hotel were excellent. It was my wifes’ birthday during our stay and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate the event.

The sea front. The road is a little busy and noisy very early as there a lot of trucks shipping food but you would get that anywhere around here. It’s the area. Only met one English person very Spanish. Lovely hotel nice beach great food. 👍

The hotel is just by the beach, so in terms of location it is perfect.
