The hotel was clean and modern throughout.
The hotel was clean and modern throughout. A great night stop hotel as we were traveling from France to Malaga. The continental breakfast was well worth the extra €10.
One thing to note the rooms were a bit stuffy as the A/C didn’t seem to work properly. Couldn’t get it colder than about 21 degrees.

Generally good.
Generally good. Just a place to visit for business porpuses. Eating at La Verbena was good, but at Asador Errazki was much better. My only complain: the toilet maintenance... not so clean and very old. They should renew them (men and women's ones) and have someone to keep them clean.

I didn't like the hotel at all and the reception was no better, the last day the lady who was at the reception was very rude to me.
I do not recommend it to anyone, it does not have four stars I think I would not give it more than two stars

If you are interested in visiting Madrid I recommend you stay somewhere else nearer to the public transport system (which is excellent). A lack of anywhere within easy walking distance of the hotel meant we ate dinner in the hotel both evenings. Getafe seems to be an industrial suburb of Madrid - poor choice for tourists.
We like that we're so close to Costco on our way through Madrid. It's close to the freeway to get on or off. The beds are super comfy. Best sleep in a long time. The first desk staff were very nice. We didn't get the breakfast as we had to leave quickly in the morning. Sad the pool was still closed.
This hotel was easy to get to, the room very clean and comfortable, and the young lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly with a nice smile each time we talked to her. Free parking under the hotel was super convenient, and breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly too, a bonus for us.
The Stuff was really friendly and professional...They have a good Breakfast and as a Hotelguest u can eat at the Hotelrestaurant for a better price...For me the Location was perfect to spend time with my loved One..The Highway is very close and to the Airport it isabout 40 Mins with the Taxi...
We have used this hotel many times over the years as it is a great location off the motorway on our journey to Marbella. It also offers easy access to restaurants and shops whilst on our journey. Before COVID we were Gold members and were treated very well by hotel staff.
The hotel is a typical road hotel from Spain. It's OK for a night or two if you're visiting the south of Madrid. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. It's in any case very good value considering it has a swimming pool and each bedroom has its own parking spot.
Everything was great: parking, comfortable room and bed, big windows overlooking trees and NO TRAFFIC NOICE. Staff was very helpful and nice. A short walk to Getafe Centro and the trains, only 20 minutes to central Madrid. Quiet neighbourhood.
Price and brand are the main factors to choose this hotel
Even breakfast being simple it was good and the price was ok. As the hotel is in an industrial area, there isn't any Place to eat near it to to to the mall you will need to take the car
The reception staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. An asset to the hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely big bed. Breakfast was fine, again a v pleasant chap in charge who kept everything running smoothly.
Everything about the hotel was excellent.
Clean, good location, organised friendly staff, good decor, great bathroom, comfortable beds, smooth linen etc.
Amazing value for money too.
