Staff friendly and helpful.
Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with ensuite facilities, but bed a little too firm for my liking. Whole hotel very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent value for money. It was a good location for onward road connections. Also a commercial centre close by which had a variety of restaurants for evening meals. A river walk nearby to exercise any pets you have travelling with you or just a pleasant evening walk.MarkUnited Kingdom

Now the hotel has been updated and there is more seating and dining space, both inside and a very nice terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is good, breakfast is excellent, one of the best I have had in recent years. The rooms are comfortable and the location is hard to beat, as it is on the route we take from Pamplona to the French border.

On fourth floor overlooking garden so no traffic noise. Very helpful young man who spoke pretty good English. Restaurant/bar served very good reasonably priced dinner. We did not take breakfast as we only wanted coffee and a croissant. Bar open all day for coffee and snacks. Lovely walk behind the hotel along the river. Ideal for our little dog.
