Interesting and picturesque castle.
Interesting and picturesque castle. Lovely views and walks from the village (though probably more from nearby Cazorla). We travelled in April, just after Easter, and there were no restaurants open in the village, so the one small minarket had to suffice. Had the weather been better, we could probably have walked into Cazorla village where there may have been places to eat

There are lots of restaurants in the area, but we ate in the hotel as it was convenient and we had two dogs with us, so had to be careful of the summer heat. It is a nice 2 hour drive up from where we live and its somewhere we look forward to coming back to every time. We had our son and his fiancee with us and they loved the whole area, as well as the hotel.

It looked like the room had been recently painted and decorated and met our expectations. We were able to have a good breakfast and tasty dinner in the restaurant. Overall we were very satisfied.
