Lovely tranquil place if you are looking for a bit of peace away from busy life. The house is on a side of a hill, cliff, there are very few things around, like few neighbours houses, so you really need a car and there's a variety of nearby places to see, small towns, mountains, beaches, viewpoints to drive within few kilometres... The main road is a bit above so the sound is far in a background, and quiet at night too which is important for a good sleep. Owner is very attentive and caring, the atmosphere is homely, artistic, cultured. Clean, smells wonderful... Hamocks on a terrace with a sea view... Pleasant temperature indoors (in winter is cool but not cold, even without any heating (which is available if you want, I didn't use it). Beautiful tasteful interior, good bathroom with plesant hot water... Bidet (yes thank you!!!). Great place for few days of calm on your own, or stay with small group of friends, also think of gatherings for creative endeavours like writing, painting, recording videos, small hand made crafts etc...

Somewhat remote location can be a plus for some and a minus for others. Easy access with the lockbox. The place is nice and spacious and quite well equip. It also has a jacuzzi/hot tub which is very nice (but takes a few hours to warm up). Parking by the house that also has its own closed terrace which is especially nice in winter. Big TV with working Netflix ;)
Nice and friendly owner, speaks Spanish but her son (?) speaks English so communication shouldn't be a problem.

Fantastic location! Slap bang in the middle of the lovely, friendly, relaxed but buzzing town. Lots of hot water, good shower and air con that actually worked.
Located in Polopos in the Andalucía region, Casa 3 Guesthouse and Artist Residence features a balcony. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

Stayed at the Casa 3 guest house for three nights. Very good location to explore the Moorish mountain villages. Beautiful sunsets from the village square. Wynand and Thysa are great hosts. They serve a good breakfast and evening meal. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There is a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. There is a vegetarian restaurant nearby in the village square. Really enjoyed our stay.
