The staff has been incredible - Pablo, Maefir, Lucia, Laura, Adriana, Janie, Dariela, Vero, Cesar and the others. The food choices are great, used to get difficult for us to choose. The dry cakes were amazing. We wanted to meet the baker but couldn't because of their shift times. Location is great as well - not far from Siam Park, Aqualand, Jungle Park and beaches. We had an amazing time with kids. The service was excellent at this hotel. The entertainment girls were great. The entertainment shows at night were great!

THE STAFF WERE ALL EXCEPTIONAL ESPECIALLY THE LADIES ON RECEPTION, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE . THE APARTMENT WAS MUCH BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED AND WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN .
I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO BEVERLY HILLS HEIGHTS SOON .

Los Christianos is a tourist village full of tourist shops and restaurants which cater for the, mainly English, tourists. We were glad to stay at the end of it so it was relatively quiet but if you want to go for hikes and nature...look for another village/town. Los Christianos is all food and clubs, nothing authentic Canarian.

We hired 2 pushbikes but los cristianos town is about a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beach front. Great selection of bars directly outside the hotel and 2 good supermarkets within easy walking distance. Our apartment was very clean and towels changed every 2 days. Bedroom was a great size as was the kitchen and lounge area. Couldnt fault any aspect of the apartment.

The hostel is nice, with shared kitchen and two bathrooms, nothing fancy, but we're not booking hostels to be fancy, it's the vibe and meeting people, and we met some great people here, including the staff. Would book it for more than 2 nights if I knew how nice it is.

Balcony was so big with 2 sun loungers and patio set which was lovely to sit out on in the evening sun. Full time life guards at all the pools.
