we enjoyed our whole stay .
special thanks to Jose ( front desk ) who organised an upgraded room for us , as my wife found it difficult to sleep in our original room due to noise levels .
Situated by the lighthouse that gives it its name, the hotel overlooks the sea and is just a few strides from the southern end of Maspalomas beach.

Absolutely beautiful dunes, water, mountain, views everywhere. Food at local restaurants great and reasonable prices. Getting around by bus to other towns is easy. The clientele was not exacatly what we expected, that is all I shall say.

Nice touristic town, with many options regarding hospitality, restaurants etc. the dunes was the highlight of the area, followed by the beach. The area is clean, full of palm trees, spacious roads, ideal for walks and runs. The sea is often windy/wavy and bit chilly so it might not be ideal for young kinds.

Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming.
Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming. Varied landscape of the shores while if you turn around you can be amazed by the great mountains. There is a special natural reserve at the south of Maspalomas, the Dunes, where you can feel if you would be in the driest desert really. At the Dunes although naked people appeared all the time coming out of the bushes, which makes that area not really safe for kids.

The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly.
The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly. The Unique Club experience was worth it. The breakfast was excellent. The half-board evening buffet was superb and not crowded in February. The evening entertainment was generally of a high standard.
The only negative aspects are included to provide a fair feedback.
The communication with the resort via Booking.com was difficult and uncertain so I had to telephone hotel twice to confirm requests had been arranged (eg taxi transfer). This may have been Booking.com process at fault rather than hotel.
The À la carte experience in La Toscana was rushed and overly efficient as pre dinner cocktails arrived with mains. Not worth the expense over the included half-board buffet.
There was no obvious information about any of the facilities or excursions made available to me throughout my stay. There was no mention of the restaurant options and cuisine available for each - I had to go to each to investigate. The casino was never mentioned and not sign-posted.
I realised there was an App I could have downloaded as I was leaving.
But I would definitely go back to the hotel as It was greta in every other way.

A great big beach with dunes and kisks for drinks and snacks. nice pubs and restaurants abound. I love Cafe de Paris for its desserts. I love walking here and I always go up in the lighthouse when you are tired there are taxi stands in every direction. The restaurants are very welcoming and happy to show passers by their mmenues

Location is key when deciding on a hotel or apartment so you can easily access shops and services especially if you don't have an all inclusive holiday. Also, if you don't have a free shuttle service, you can take the bus but the timetable seems erratic. A taxi 1 way about 45-50 euros.
Clean and a goodnight sleep, good WiFi and comms with the host. Expected less from previous reviews but surprising nice. This is in a residential complex so there are families with children, but they weren’t up late at all and their noise in previous reviews certainly didn’t bother me. A previous review mentioned ants - you will get these on any food if you leave it out but that’s the same across the whole of Gran Canaria in fairness. There was washing up supplies left too
The hotel after the claimed refurbishment is very clean, luxurious, very comfy and the swimming pool is huge and beautiful. The view from the room overlooking the dunes and sea is beautiful. The rooms design is good and are very spacious, the bathroom is a big plus. The staff are friendly minus one who was a bit rough at check in and wasn’t very hospitable. The breakfast is very good with lots of varieties and options!
Our 5 day vacation was wonderful!
Employees are very very very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, ready to help and chat.
Food - honestly, we have been living in the Canary Islands for 8 months now and we have never eaten better food anywhere.
Clean and tidy rooms every day.
The hotel and surroundings are also wonderful.
We can't wait to come and rest in this oasis again :)
We arrived late at night and Massimo waiting us. Apartment was so clean, have everything what we needed. Nice view, cool furnishings . Massimo was always available.
The beach is not far, there are shops and restaurants nearby. And on one of the days there was a market on the street with quite interesting things.
Definitely if we visit Gran Canaria again we would stay in the same apartment.
Amazing hotel with professional and kind staff. All people from the personnel are really helpful and accommodating. Rooms are cleaned two times a day. Outstanding pools, and gardens. There are several restaurants, children's corner, bars, life music. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Close nearby are the amazing dunes and the old lighthouse. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.
The size of our apartment was huge. It's balcony is spectacular with great views of the ocean and Maspalomas lighthouse. The cleanliness is great. The staff are extremely helpful especially Julian at the pool café and the hotel store staff. They seem to love their work. Great atmosphere at the property. This is our fourth trip and we cannot wait for the fifth. Thank you Palm Oasis
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was newly decorated and generous in size, it was quiet.
The dinner buffet and the evening entertainment was good (especially the il divo tribute band which I could tell the other guests and staff enjoyed).
The hotel has a regular shuttle service to the maspalomas beach, but taking the taxi there isn’t expensive either.
Excellent breakfast and , for a change in a hotel buffet, really good coffee. The restaurant staff are lovely & super efficient & the other guests were polite and friendly. Overall ambiance is very chilled . The installations were kept clean and there is a daily room maid service with change of pool and room towels on request. The optional massage service was superb.
Great location, very close to the beach and all shops, bars and restaurants. The pool we've had pretty much to ourselves. Very comfy king size bed and well decorated apartment. Andrzej is a fantastic host, as always very helpful, informative and friendly. Will definitely book again on our next visit to Gran Canaria. 10 out of 10.
Hotel is in a stunning location right on the beach. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms, restaurant, terraces and pool. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Our flight home was late and hotel gave us access to a room after checkout for a shower and freshen up before leaving for airport. Meant we had an extra few hours by the pool.
Great 2 star property, clean and well equipped pool area as so as apartments itself. Really clean, beats higher rated hotels I have stayed in Canaries.
Drinks pretty standard for all inclusive, I can’t fault it!
Food also - good for 2 star, please don’t expect gourmet food. Overall good value for money.
Very nice and clean apartment in a perfect location near Yumbo and not far from the beach. There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, and a small bathroom with shower. I stayed for work and really appreciated the very fast internet. Highly recommended!
We were in two, super comfortable apartment, 20 mins walking to the maspalomas Beach. I strongly suggest to rent a car to visit gran canaria instead of staying in Maspalomas. For this, a Parking lot in the underground garage for free is available.
Not a lot of people, quite small hotel with plenty of very attentive staff. The room is spacious, cozy with everything you need. Balcony view is great. Breakfast with lots of choices, gluten free and non dairy, vegetarian. Live music in evening.
Location is great - everything is minutes away: beach, nightlife, restaurants, bars… Tarik our host was very friendly, made you feel at home - he has great tips for around town too! He picked us up at the airport and made things way easier.
The location was perfect and right on the beachfront. Room was an excellent size. The whole place was very clean. Great daily entertainment. Restaurants were excellent and a good variety of food throughout.
