Great hotel, lots of activities to do with or without kids. We planned snorkeling through the activities counter and Annalisa was really helpful. The activity itself and the staff were also great and gave us recommendations on what to do in Lanzarote.
Food is good for the price, breakfast is really good and the staff in the restaurants are very helpful and friendly. I needed a wine opener and ice one evening and they helped me straight away with a big smile on their face. Location is great, close to Teguise which is great for the Sunday market and you can pretty much get anywhere in the island in under an hour if you are planning on exploring.
