Fabulous welcome on arrival. The hotel is superbly positioned on the Camino. Looks across to the monestary. And also the river. Spacious rooms, immaculately presented. We relaxed in the garden area late afternoon with a glass of wine. Very well stocked wine selection. Outstanding breakfast. Highly recommended.

The owners were incredibly nice and we were treated like locals at the bar at night. I highly recommend you get the Costillas (pork ribs) as your segundo, they were part of the menu of the day and the best thing we’d had along the Camino.

The room was warm, spacious and very clean. There was a place to wash and hang clothes. The food was excellent in the restaurant that was open all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
My hosts were overwhelming in their hospitality. They asked me when and what I'd like for dinner. They asked me when and what I'd like for breakfast. The food was amazing, and they were extremely generous with the food as well.
The room was simple, but extremely roomy, with a comfortable bed, and a homey rural esthetic. A packet of shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush and toothpaste were offered, though I'd brought my own with me.
This was a perfect stop after Samos, and close to Sarria on the Camino. Rural Galician perfection.
The room and attached bathroom were clean, comfortable, well thought out with attention to detail and provided me with a lovely night’s rest. Nuria made me feel welcomed and comfortable in her Pension. She provided me with good advice about where to eat and how to see the Samos Monastery. Her breakfast was delicious and heart enough to sustain me on a full day of hiking, I am glad I stayed at Pensión Licerio!
Host was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice about what to do in Samos. We ate in the restaurant she recommended -Albaroque and it did not disappoint.Samos was one of our favorite places on the entire Camino. The Mass in the monastery in the evening was memorable. Casa Licerio is a lovely place to stay- immaculately clean and is obvious that the host takes pride in caring for her casa.
Nuria is such a wonderful host - she has a ton of experience walking on the camino and cares a lot about the pilgrims and guests who pass through Samos. The room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was really delicious (it's a long walk to Sarria and there's not much open between Samos in the winter at least). I felt very well cared for during my stay here. Thank you!
It's an exceptional boutique hotel on The Camino. Charming, smells great, simple and elegant furnishing. Big, spacious bathroom. Super clean.
Staff exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to make the guests satisfied. attentive, helpful and kind people.
Would stay here again. Great breakfast spread.
The location in front of the monasterio is very beautiful. Sonja is an extremely good host who isvery friendly, helpful and dedicated. We could park the bicycles; breakfast was good. The style of the hotel is new and fresh, everything looks clean and well kept. They also have a nice garden to sit in.
There is a bar and a great restaurant by the river. Very nice owners and staff (even one fan of Ajax Amsterdam⚽️). Rooms are very confortable for a fair price. The splendid Monasterio de Samos is well worth the beautifull detour of the Camino. Warmly recommended!
This has been the most amazing property we have ever stayed at. Location is perfect. Spotless and so elegant and tastefully done. The stone work is amazing. I can’t say enough about our stay here. The owner was lovely and obviously took great pride in her hotel.
The hotel is on the edge of a small town and is a short and nice walk from the monastery. It is a lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, lovely restaurant with a river view. Breakfasts and dinner were great. I stayed for 2 nights and highly recommend.
this was an incredible hotel. it is a great location right across from the monastery. Sonia, who I think is the owner is super friendly and speaks great English. the facility is clean and has great Air Conditioning.
